These Terms govern your access to and use of Speedydebug (the “Service”), operated by Tetra Media LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Speedydebug on behalf of a company, you represent that you may bind that company.
Speedydebug captures bug reports from inside your mobile or web application — a screenshot, the route, device context, and a tester’s note — and makes them available to you in a dashboard and to your coding agent via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The SDK is open-source; the hosted backend, dashboard, and MCP service are provided under these Terms.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and your MCP tokens, and for all activity under them. Keep your keys and tokens secret; you can rotate or revoke them at any time in Settings. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
When you embed the SDK in your app, you decide what is collected from your end users (“testers”) and why. For that tester data you are the data controller and we act as your processor on your documented instructions (see our Privacy Policy and the DPA referenced there). You agree to:
Bug descriptions are free text typed by your testers and screenshots can incidentally capture on-screen data. Treat all tester-submitted content as untrusted.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Free plan includes the first 10 bug reports per app. Paid plans (Indie, Team) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period and we do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law. Prices may change on notice for future billing periods. Your testers always see a successful send regardless of your plan; the free limit gates your access to read reports, not your testers’ ability to submit them.
The Speedydebug SDK is open-source under its published license; those license terms govern your use of the SDK code. The hosted Service, brand, and content are ours. You retain ownership of your data and your testers’ data.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetra Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your projects, keys, tokens, bug reports, and stored screenshots. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tetra Media LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Governing-law jurisdiction and dispute venue to be confirmed with counsel.]
